If the car was neglected in any way shape or form stay away from it because as soon as you bring it home things will start to fail. 100k audi's can be a good thing. Imo, a higher mileage audi would be better, because the problem components have likely been replaced by then, and it should be ready to go another 100k mi. If you could find a car with 100,000 miles, i would say it would be better.

I ask the same question to a person in my local audi dealer ( bell audi) and he said that other than routine maintenance after 100k you will start to see wear and tear items start to go, obviously these items will go faster based on how the car is driven but things like rubber bushings will start to go.
