Welcome to the ymca before & after school program, a place where every child has the opportunity to learn and explore in a safe and enriching environment.

Gymnasts focus on technique and learning new skills on all pieces of equipment including floor, vault, uneven bars and balance beam. After school, parents can then pick their children up at the same location until 6:00 pm. Children must be enrolled in giant step preschool to participate.

The y's before and after school child care programs are provided for children (preschool through eighth grade) during the hours when there may be no supervision in the home. Children have options to explore and develop their interests and talents. Am care begins at 6:30am, and afterschool is available from school dismissal until 6pm. Ymca afterschool care is provided at 45 sites in austin isd, hays cisd and round rock isd.

The y is continuing to provide care and virtual learning support for essential workers at a small number of sites.
